Sponsor a Drive
Thank you for hosting a drive for the families of BeyondHome! By supporting basic needs, you are freeing families up to make movement on their journeys to economic self-sufficiency and family stability.
-
Your hygiene drive will gather essential items that parents and their children need for daily care and well-being. Access to basic hygiene products—like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and feminine hygiene products—plays a crucial role in promoting health and self-esteem. For families in transitional housing, these necessities can be hard to come by, leading to feelings of insecurity and stress. By organizing this drive, you’ll provide families with the tools they need to maintain their personal hygiene and foster a sense of dignity. Together, we can make a positive impact on their lives, helping them feel more comfortable and confident as they navigate this challenging transition.

Creating a clean and healthy environment is essential for the well-being of families in transitional housing, yet many struggle to afford basic cleaning supplies. When finances are tight, items that many of us take for granted—like soap, disinfectants, and laundry detergent—can become luxuries. Organizing a drive for these vital supplies not only helps alleviate financial burdens but also empowers families to take pride in their living spaces. By providing them with the tools to maintain cleanliness, we contribute to their overall health, dignity, and sense of stability during a challenging time. Together, we can make a meaningful impact and help families thrive in their new beginnings.

Organizing a drive for new families entering the BeyondHome program is a meaningful way to support those just beginning their journey to self-sufficiency. Many of these families arrive with few, if any, belongings, facing the daunting task of starting over. By collecting essential household items, we can help ease their transition and provide a sense of comfort and stability. Gift cards to local stores can also make a significant difference, allowing families to purchase items tailored to their specific needs. Together, we can create a warm welcome for these families, empowering them as they take their first steps toward a brighter future.
Here are three different drives that you can host, and we make it simple!
Step 1 Email Stefanie Holder (Director of Community Relations) s.holder@beyondhome.org to inform BeyondHome of the drive you are hosting and your intended drop-off date.
Step 2 Choose your drive and click the corresponding icon above to access a fillable PDF that announces your drive.
Step 3 Download the fillable PDF and edit the doc to include your logo (if for your business or organization) and the dates of your drive.
Step 4 Distribute the completed PDF form to your network.
Step 5 Collect the items and deliver them to BeyondHome!
